This winter in Canada started off abnormally. It was relatively warm. Canadians were almost dissapointed that Winterlude was not to come this year. It is what they wait for in February.
But no worries, now it is like -30 degrees Celcius. Winterlude is on! People skating on the largest Ice Rink day and night, Ice sculptures are being worked on for the competition, People lined up waiting to eat beavertails... This is the Canadian spirit. No Matter how freezing it is outside, come out and have some fun! listen to live band performances and watch some night laser/light shows...  Entrance to the Crystal Garden of Winterlude  Building an Igloo  Look at how detailed this Pharaoh scultpure is!  What a piece of art!  Crystal scenary creation.
